West Valley City Fire Department bike sale raises funds for University of Utah Health Burn Camp
Raven Byrne, 7, takes a bike for a test drive as her mother, Becki, talks with Jeff Fox, battalion chief for the West Valley City Fire Department during the fire department’s bike sale at Station 73 in West Valley City on Friday. The fire department regularly fixes and sells bikes that are donated to it from the West Valley City Police Department’s unclaimed property program. All proceeds from the sale go to the University of Utah Health Burn Camp that helps support burn survivors with the personal challenges associated with surviving a burn injury.
