Suspect in custody after a incident in West Jordan neighborhood
West Jordan, Utah — Friday morning a suspect is taken to custody after an incident in a West Jordan neighborhood.
According to police, they were called to the scene after reports of shots fired and the suspect barricaded himself in a home.
While police worked to get the suspect to come out, the areas west and south of 6927 South Coneflower Court were ordered to shelter in place.
There were no injuries reported. The suspect was barricaded in a home on South Decora Way.
The investigation is ongoing.
