Utah Jazz Become Fastest NBA Team To Make 500 Threes In Single Season

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – On Monday night against the Charlotte Hornets, the Utah Jazz became the fastest NBA team to make 500 threes in a single season.

In just 31 games played this season, the Utah Jazz made their 500th three in the first half against the Hornets setting the fastest pace for threes. Entering Monday’s game against the Hornets, the Jazz had 494 three-pointers. They finished the first half against Charlotte with 13 triples made on a franchise record 29 attempts.

Joe Ingles and Jordan Clarkson each made three three-pointers in the first half. Royce O’Neale, Mike Conley and Georges Niang each had two triples.
