152 crosswalk violations counted during West Valley police operation
During the first three months of 2021, at least 14 people have been hit by cars in crosswalks in West Valley City.
Because of this, West Valley City police conducted crosswalk enforcement Wednesday to promote safety.
During their operation, they saw 152 violations of people driving through crosswalks while others were crossing.
They also made a felony drug arrest with more than $3,000 in cash and four and a half ounces of heroin recovered.
