At approximately 4:40 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, Ogden incident Department personnel arrived at the scene of the incident on 22nd Street between Grant Ave. and Lincoln Ave.
According to Ogden municipal officials, there were “heavy flames and heavy smoke” when personnel arrived at the scene of a five-story building that was still under construction.
