Family in South Ogden relocated after house fire; dog dies
South Ogden, Utah – On Sunday morning, a family’s dog perishes in a house fire.
Local first responders responded to a single-home structure fire in South Ogden, per a South Ogden City Instagram post.
“All family members made it out of the home quickly and safely,” reads the post. “Unfortunately, the family’s dog was lost in the fire.”
Fire officials reported that the house suffered significant damage, and the cause is still being looked into.
The Washington Heights Church and the American Red Cross of Utah are providing assistance to the relocated family.
