Man shoots, kills friend during drunken argument in West Valley motorhome, police say

SALT LAKE CITY — A West Valley City, Utah man is in jail after police say he shot and killed his friend during an argument in his motorhome early Tuesday morning, according to the West Valley City Police Department.
At approximately 12:45 a.m., police responded to the shooting at a motorhome parked outside of a home near 1500 W. Claybourne Avenue.
That argument turned physical and Hogue told police Frampton attacked him and that he shot him in self defense. Frampton died on the scene.
Hogue was arrested and is facing homicide-related charges.
